Ingredients

4 Slices Gallaghers Bakehouse Multigrain Loaf.

3 rashers

1 large tomato sliced

3 lettuce leafs.

1 Avocado sliced

1 dollop of Mayonaise

Duration: 15 mins
METHOD
  • Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crisp, 5 to 10 minutes. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate.
  • Meanwhile, Slice the avocado and tomato.
  • Spread about 1 tablespoons of mayonnaise on the bread, top with pieces of bacon, 2 tomato slices, 1 lettuce leaf and the slice bread. Serve and enjoy.
