Ingredients
8 slices Gallaghers Bakehouse Rustic White Sourdough loaf
2 eggs
Splash of milk
1 teaspoon of butter
1 cupful of fresh strawberries
1 teaspoon of Maple syrup
Duration: 15 mins
METHOD
- Beat eggs and milk in a shallow dish and then soak slices of bread in this in turn.
- Fry the bread in a hot frying pan with a little butter till golden on both sides.
- Chop fresh strawberries
- Drizzle with maple syrup.
- Serve and enjoy
